User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Gcardus service ("Service", "we") and users of gcardus.com ("User").

By using the Service, you fully accept the terms of this Agreement. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

Gcardus is an information and analytics service providing access to historical statistics on US immigration programs: DV Lottery, employment-based and family-based categories, and country profiles.

Data is sourced from publicly available government sources: DHS Yearbook of Immigration Statistics, USCIS, and the US State Department.

The Service does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any immigration decisions made based on the data presented.

Access to paid features requires registration with a valid email address.

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Creating multiple accounts or sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

The Service offers free basic access and paid subscriptions. Current pricing in Russian rubles is shown on the /upgrade page.

Payments are processed through YooKassa. We do not store bank card data.

Access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

All subscriptions, regardless of the selected plan, are valid until December 31 of the current calendar year (23:59:59 Moscow time).

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. A new subscription must be purchased for the following year.

The Service notifies users of upcoming expiry through the interface 30 days before the end date.

Digital information services are generally non-refundable once accessed.

A refund may be issued upon request within 24 hours of payment, provided the user has not accessed premium features after payment.

To request a refund, contact: closegamer@mail.ru with your payment reference.

Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

Prohibited: automated data scraping, attempting to circumvent access controls, or reselling premium access.

The software, design, logo, and unique analytical content of the Service belong to Gcardus and are protected by copyright.

Source statistical data is obtained from US government public sources and is not the property of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or data accuracy.

Maximum liability to the User is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the current year.

We may update this Agreement with 10 days' notice via the interface or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, or in court at the Service's location.
